The carajillo. Although unfamiliar to many, this dessert coffee cocktail can easily become a coffee lovers all time favorite. Created with Mexican made Licor 54, carajillos are a signature dessert drink that pair almost perfectly with any sweet treat. As an after meal pick me up, carajillos are by the combination on a shot of espresso over nice and a generous pour of licor 54.

Some of my favorite carajillos have been topped with a stick or burning cinnamon, lavender, or orange peels. This simple and easy two ingredient cocktail is guaranteed to re energize any night and add a little spark to any dessert.
